My name is Cathy, and I’ve been a massage therapist for over 18 years. When people ask what my specialty is, my answer is simple : Love.

Every session begins with gratitude, compassion, and deep respect for the person on my table.

 Over the years, through thousands of hands-on sessions and training in a wide range of therapeutic and energetic modalities, I’ve developed a style of bodywork that flows naturally and intentionally with each person I work with. I call this approach LITE work — Loving, Intentional, Therapeutic Energy.

My hope is that when you arrive, you feel safe, supported, and free of judgment—knowing that you are seen, cared for, and truly welcomed home.
